Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapy modalities to encourage sustained progress at home
• Assess and Record Progress: Continuously evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
