This opportunity is ideal for a professional with experience supporting customers in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment and who understands the importance of compliance, accuracy, and responsiveness.This role combines customer interaction, order processing, and regulatory awareness within a highly structured, compliance-driven setting.Position OverviewThe Assistant Account Manager will manage inbound and outbound customer communications related to medical device products, order processing, and account setup.
