Insurance Agent: New Business Development – State Farm Agency (Royal Oak, MI)
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus | $60,000–$80,000+ Total compensation including salary, commission, and bonus | Medical, Dental, Vision | Advancement Opportunities

What You’ll Do

Build lasting relationships with customers and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Prospect and network to develop new business.
Present insurance proposals and address client questions.
Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on renewals.
Stay current on products and industry trends (we’ll support your licensing and ongoing education).

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, etc.).
Track record of achieving sales goals is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide support).
