Talent Acquisition SpecialistJennmar Corporate is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing organization. This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions.The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR functionExperience with ADP preferredQualifications:Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, personable, and effective communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgroundsWorking knowledge of general office administration and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelDependable and consistent, with a strong commitment to attendance and meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demandsAbility to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneouslyTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationAbility to maintain, process, and appropriately communicate confidential employee informationWorking knowledge of HR, recruiting, payroll practices, and applicable employment laws and regulationsWillingness to travel domestically as neededResponsibilities:Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managersConduct candidate outreach and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment processCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive experienceBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needsHelp strengthen the company's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS and payroll systemsSupport benefits administration, including deductions, garnishments, and leave administrationRespond to employee inquiries and partner with the Corporate HR team to address HR-related questions and issuesAssist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance activitiesSupport compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve processes across recruiting, HR, and payroll functionsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management*Excellent benefits include medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1,500 and wellness credit up to $750; free concierge primary care; voluntary 401k plan currently matching up to 12%; voluntary dental and vision plans; free telemedicine services; basic life, long and short-term disability coverage.EOE M/F/D/V#IND11
