The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.The right candidate will:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offersCandidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidatesEmployer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote our employer brand, ensuring that we attract candidates who align with our company culture and valuesCandidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboardingPartnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring processMarket Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure our hiring strategies are competitive and effectiveCompliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policiesSpecial projects as assignedWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, requiredA minimum of three years is requiredAt least two- four years handling all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a fast-paced environment is highly preferredProven experience recruiting for high-demand positions in a manufacturing workshop environment.
