Job Title & Location Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination) – The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security – Albuquerque, NM. Position Summary Join our dynamic team as an Associate Staff Analyst with responsibilities that include long‑range strategic planning, data analysis, meeting coordination, and project management. The role is 100% onsite at Albuquerque, NM, and requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Key Responsibilities Develop long‑range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives. Provide data for management review and performance tracking. Coordinate and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources. Deliver informational or technical materials. Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify options. Design, logistics, and facilitate large meetings and events. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor and communicate status. Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements. Develop and deploy localized training content. Basic Qualifications More than 5 years’ experience with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for managing and documenting project status and reports. More than 5 years’ experience arranging domestic and/or international travel, including generating expense reports. More than 5 years’ experience planning, organizing, facilitating, and/or executing large‑scale meetings and events. More than 5 years’ experience working with cross‑functional or cross‑organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Requirements Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (active within the last 24 months). U.S. citizenship required. Shift: 1st shift; 100% onsite requirement. Travel up to 25% of time. Relocation support based on eligibility. Drug‑free workplace; substance‑abuse testing required. Export control compliance – must meet U.S. export control requirements. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation with a pay range of $78,200 – $105,800, depending on experience.
