What You'll Do

* Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
* Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
* Perform restorative and preventive dentistry
* Provide procedures based on your experience and clinical interests, including extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry
* Educate patients on treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
* Follow established infection-control and patient-safety protocols
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and the broader practice team to provide an exceptional patient experience
* Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education opportunities

What We're Looking For

* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active state dental license or ability to obtain licensure
* Strong clinical and treatment-planning skills
* Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented approach to patient care
* Interest in continued clinical and professional growth
