Stand-Up Forklift Operator (CROWN) – 12-Hour Shifts | Up to $20/Hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate CROWN stand-up and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks in inbound and outbound operations
• Pick and stage full pallets and case orders accurately using RF scanners
• Move and store materials in proper warehouse locations
• Follow strict FDA and quality standards where accuracy matters more than speed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating stand-up or reach forklifts (CROWN preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work

Shift Options & Pay

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• A Shift (Days): Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Wednesday
• 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM | $18/hour
• B Shift (Nights): Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Wednesday
• 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM | $19/hour
• C Shift (Days): Wednesday–Friday + alternating Saturday
• 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM | $18/hour
• D Shift (Nights): Wednesday–Friday + alternating Saturday
• 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM | $20/hour

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
