Restaurant Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. Responsibilities Direct the operational efforts and strategies of the food and beverage outlet. Supervise restaurant associates - bartenders, servers, dining room attendants, and host staff. Train associates on service standards and ensure that they are being used correctly. Assist with the smooth daily operation of the restaurant that includes demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction. Maintain open communication between management and staff. Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs. Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant. Participate in daily stand-ups with staff and weekly food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory. Ensure all food served meets quality standards. Support food service operations across the hotel as needed. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required. Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service. Toast system experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
