Studio Coordinator - Rockridge

ROLE SUMMARY As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world‑class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations, maintaining health and safety standards, and contributing to studio growth. You work with the Studio Manager to achieve membership, retail, community outreach, teacher recruitment, and programming enrollment goals. Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience Serve as an ambassador for CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire them in all interactions. Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals. Maintain flexible schedule of 18‑29 hours per week in studio, including operations coordination, health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and teaching (if certified). Act as point of contact for students and staff when Studio Manager is absent, up to 20 hours per week. Maintain appropriate inventory of studio supplies and amenities. Engage the studio community, greet students by name, and foster a welcoming environment at the front desk. Support teachers’ use of the POS and other pre/post‑class duties. Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety, and Cleanliness Protocol Uphold high cleanliness and functional standards, ensuring safe environment, optimal temperature, inspiring music, and clutter‑free surroundings. Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit. Act as extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) – clean studio, stock amenities, and enforce CPY cleanliness protocol while on duty. Interview, hire, schedule, train, and, if necessary, discipline/terminate SET employees. Lead orientation for new SET members. Coordinate Studio Systems Serve as liaison between Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams regarding POS, Online Reservation System, Subbing Application, HRIS Application, and Help Desk. Assist with training and usage of these systems and submit facilities tickets when necessary. Support administrative follow‑up of late cancellation fees, waitlist, and student support. Teaching Schedule Teach a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week. Sub additional classes as needed. Skills & Experience Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience required. Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200‑hour program preferred. Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred. Comfortable with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, and payroll systems. Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities at all levels. Thrives in fast‑paced environment and can prioritize under multiple deadlines. Proactive self‑starter with initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills. College degree (BA/BS) preferred. The Fine Print Availability must match business needs: morning, evening, weekend, and certain holiday availability and flexibility required. Must be able to move within studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. Certified teachers must be able to step in on short notice.
