Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical ICU team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols. The RN will be responsible for managing critical patient cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical ICU setting. Manage patient ratios of 1:2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, utilizing Epic for charting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting is preferred. ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required.
