Senior Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role involves delving deep into a specific business area to define how technology can drive business results. The selected candidate will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts using an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain with a broad understanding of surrounding business and domains Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas and domains Think strategically in understanding business drivers to define "target state " solutions Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains Author user stories and/or features independently with medium to high complexity Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution Use advanced project management skills to lead, complete and advance work Primary Requirements: Bachelor's degree 4-5+ years of prior experience demonstrating business analysis Experience with Atlassian JIRA Proven business requirements gathering skills Deep familiarity with agile and scrum development environments Clear communication skills Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspectives on existing solutions Desired Skills: Experience with process flow documentation Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical acumen and experience with technical business requirements Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
