Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management. Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Oversee regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness activities. Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues while implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
