Head of Builder Sales, LG Pro Builder (National) Position Summary The Head of Builder Sales is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing the national sales and commercial strategy for LG Pro Builder across the United States. This leader owns the strategic direction and overall business performance of the Builder channel, driving sustainable revenue and profitable growth, expanding market share, strengthening strategic customer partnerships, and positioning LG as the preferred appliance partner for national, regional, and local builders. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Builder Sales provides strategic direction and enterprise leadership for the national Builder Sales organization, establishing clear business priorities, operating standards, and accountability across the organization. This leader is responsible for national sales performance, channel expansion, organizational capability, customer strategy, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate LG's growth within the residential construction industry. Operating at an enterprise and strategic level, the Head of Builder Sales establishes the national commercial strategy, organizational priorities, and operating framework for the Builder channel. This leader ensures effective execution through regional and account leadership while partnering closely with executive leadership, product divisions, marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, customer service, and other corporate functions to remove barriers, align resources, and accelerate profitable growth.
