Receptionist

Customer service-focused role responsible for handling front office and telephone duties in a professional environment. Key tasks include processing service order tickets, accepting down payments and service payments, scanning and organizing documents, closing out parts and service tickets, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer.

Requires strong communication and phone skills, a team-oriented and professional attitude, and experience in customer service, cash handling, and basic office tasks, with attention to detail and dependability.
