Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential

Current Scheduling Needs

We're currently seeking caregivers who can commit to one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday: 7:30 PM–7:30 AM

• Saturday: Day Shift

• Sunday: Day Shift

• Sunday: 7:30 PM–7:30 AM

Multiple positions are available , making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent hours or additional shifts.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical assistance tailored to each client's needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care

• Preparing meals

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Providing medication reminders

• Assisting with mobility and transfers

• Performing light housekeeping

• Driving clients to appointments and errands

• Supporting daily routines and activities

Our interactive caregiving approach encourages clients to participate in their daily activities whenever possible, helping promote dignity, confidence, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. Training is available for qualified candidates.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Willing to learn and grow

• Able to communicate effectively

• Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.

Education & Career Advancement

Caregiving can be a valuable first step toward a career as a CNA, LPN, RN, social worker, or other healthcare professional . Comfort Keepers provides training, continuing education, and opportunities to develop your skills.

Eligible direct-care employees may also have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program .

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , supporting career advancement in home and community-based care.

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
