Senior Vice President of Marketing - Community First Credit Union

Position Summary:

Community First Credit Union is seeking an accomplished marketing executive to join their team in the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing . Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the SVP leads a multidisciplinary team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels. This role oversees brand stewardship, market research, budget management, and performance analytics while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. The SVP collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns, product launches, and member engagement initiatives that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union. A Master’s degree is preferred.
