We’ve built a strong reputation in Northeast Ohio by focusing on craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering a great client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Complete tile installations for showers, floors, and bathroom projects
- Run jobs independently when needed
- Work alongside other installers and help guide apprentices
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in tile installation (showers, floors, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to lead, teach, and support apprentices
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude on job sites
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Drug-free and able to perform at a high level every day
- Organized, accountable, and communicates well
