Senior Analyst – Financial Services Organization – AI and Data – Solutions Delivery Center EY is the only professional services firm with a dedicated financial services marketplace unit (FSO) that has been at the forefront of the industry. The FSO teams provide project‑based and managed services to U.S. financial services clients from high‑performing Service Delivery Centers staffed primarily by U.S. resources. In this role you will solve complex AI and data problems, deliver solutions to clients, and learn and develop technical and leadership skills across the AI and data space. Skills and attributes for success Collaborating, mentoring and coaching diverse teams Fostering an innovative, inclusive team environment Accountable for project and team success Building strong internal client relationships Excellent communication and influencing skills Demonstrating in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of the financial industry and technology Programming new customized solutions using ETL Applying systems analysis techniques to data movement and quality To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s or master’s degree Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Experience with business, management, and technology concepts Experience developing software with ETL suites (Informatica, Infosphere, Ab Initio, SAP) or DBMS Knowledge of data reporting solutions and data visualization skills Practical experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, or DB2 Knowledge of SQL syntax Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel 0%–25% Valid driver’s license in the U.S. Valid passport Ideally, you’ll also have A degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology majors Certification in database management, reporting, data visualization, programming, or statistics Working knowledge or certifications in cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure Experience with financial institutions What we look for We seek technology professionals who understand data, can analyze and manipulate it, and generate clear reports for clients. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) the range is $78,600 to $152,100. Compensation is determined by education, experience, skills, and geography. The Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
