Junior Medical Recruiter

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist in updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility information and job postings Assist in screening candidates and conducting reference checks as needed Manage candidate records and onboarding timelines using Taleo and Phenom systems Required qualifications 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required Experience with Taleo is preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management Knowledge of basic human resource principles and best practices in recruiting
