- ServiceNow SecOps Architecture 5+ Years
- Security Incident Response (SIR) & Vulnerability Response (VR)
- End-to-End SecOps Architecture & Module Design
- Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Integrations
- Vulnerability Scanner & CMDB Integration
- Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7 & Prisma Cloud
- MID Server, Data Sources & API Configuration
- JavaScript, Glide API & Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP APIs & Bi-Directional Integrations
- CMDB, Discovery & ITSM
- Vulnerability Assignment, Remediation & Exception Management
- Vulnerability Normalization, De-Duplication & Asset Correlation
- Performance Analytics, Dashboards & Security KPIs
- SOC Operations & Incident Response Frameworks NIST / SANS
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR)
Preferred Experience:
- SecOps governance standards and architecture design patterns
- Risk scoring, prioritization models and SLA management
- Service-aware vulnerability remediation and reporting
- Risk acceptance, compensating controls and exception workflows
- SIR and ITSM bi-directional integration
- SIEM, SOAR, EDR and Threat Intelligence integrations
- DEV / TEST / PROD environment strategy and platform governance
- Automated Test Framework (ATF) and upgrade readiness
- Executive and operational security dashboards
- Leading onsite/offshore teams and stakeholder management
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
