Job-ID29083702Reference26-02259Remote100% RemoteRole :- ServiceNow SIR DeveloperLocation – Remote/Phoenix AZ Role SummaryAgreeYa is a global system integrator and looking for an ServiceNow SIR Developer who will support technical configuration, scripting, workflow adjustments, custom playbook development, and any approved development activities required to complete the ServiceNow SIR implementation. This role will work closely with the SIR Implementation Specialist and Architect to keep the solution OOB-first while addressing approved technical needs that require scripting, workflow logic, or controlled customization.Required SkillsStrong ServiceNow development experience.5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow configuration, integration patterns, and application configuration.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Notifications, Inbound Actions, and Update Sets.Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps and SIR data model.Experience building playbooks, workflows, routing rules, and automation logic.Understanding of ServiceNow release management and environment migration.Ability to troubleshoot configuration and scripting defects.Understanding of integration concepts, even if external integrations are not part of Phase 1.Ability to keep customization controlled and aligned to OOB-first principles.Education Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
