Job Responsibilities

• Manage a varied patient panel, maintaining chart closure within 72 hours
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care, with a focus on chronic pain management
• Conduct 18 patient encounters per shift, ensuring each patient's needs are met

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• Experience in chronic pain management
• Active DEA license required before start date
• Board certification or board eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS and PALS certifications required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
