What You'll Do:
Manage a balanced patient panel comprising both pediatric and adult patients in a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, managing chronic pain cases, and delivering holistic care. Ensure timely chart closure within 72 hours and collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold our standards of excellence.


Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a primary care setting with panel management
• Proven expertise in managing pediatric and adult patients
• Strong knowledge of chronic pain management protocols
• Active DEA license prior to start date
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications in pain management or specialized areas
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Certification
• Prior experience in a similar family practice or primary care environment
• Familiarity with immunization and screening requirements

Other Requirements:

• Complete all immunizations, including flu, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella, and TB testing, prior to credentialing
• Credentialing takes approximately 45-60 days
• Willingness to travel for licensure or training as needed
• Maintain all state, federal, and local licensing and certification requirements
