Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar clinical setting, with proven panel management skills
• Strong proficiency in managing pediatric and adult patients within a busy practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient satisfaction and team collaboration
• Ability to efficiently complete chart closures within 72 hours
• Competence in managing chronic pain cases and understanding of related protocols
• Current DEA license (must be active before start date)
• Knowledge of immunization requirements and credentialing processes

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in managing complex cases including chronic pain management
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications in pain management or specialized fields

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing (for NPs) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• At least 3 years of direct patient care experience in family practice or a comparable setting
• Prior experience with panel management and chronic disease management

Other Requirements

• Immunizations as mandated for credentialing: Flu vaccine, TB test/X-ray (within 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (within the last 10 years)
• Ability to secure and maintain all required state and federal certifications
• Credentialing process estimated to take 45-60 days
• Willingness to work a Monday-Friday schedule, 8 am-5 pm, with a scheduled patient load of approximately 18 patients per day
• The role begins on May 20, 2026, with a start date aligned to credentialing completion and immunization requirements
