SWA in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Support Specialist who can work with minimal supervision, both onsite and remotely, to keep the office productive. You will provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment, and coordinate with local management as needed. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, strong listening and analytical skills, and a commitment to following SWA’s IT #J-18808-Ljbffr SWA
