Role Summary
The Customer Success Associate will help customers successfully onboard, adopt, and realize value from an enterprise AI platform. This role will serve as a primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers while partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to address technical questions, capture feedback, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with technical curiosity and a practical understanding of how AI and automation can improve business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts, providing responsive and consultative support.
- Guide customers through onboarding, platform adoption, business system integrations, and identification of high-value AI workflows.
- Help customers understand the capabilities and limitations of AI-powered workflows and establish realistic expectations for successful adoption.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to proactively identify adoption risks, unresolved issues, and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer questions, product feedback, and technical issues into clear requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Document and track customer requests, feature ideas, technical issues, and commitments using CRM and project management systems.
- Analyze feedback related to AI-generated outputs and workflows to help technical teams identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Prepare and deliver customer check-ins, status updates, and business reviews using account, product usage, and support data.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve customer success processes while maintaining accountability for the accuracy and quality of customer-facing work.
- Help develop scalable customer success playbooks, templates, processes, and automated workflows as the organization grows.

- Fully onsite 5 days a week
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, implementation, or another client-facing role.
- Experience or strong interest in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, or technology products.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day professional workflows.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand software integrations, data flows, AI workflows, and automation concepts without needing to write code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships, priorities, and follow-up items simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or project management platforms.
- Strong ownership, judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience supporting AI SaaS, B2B software, or another emerging technology product.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementations, integrations, or technical customer onboarding.
- Hands-on experience working with AI agents or AI-powered workflow automation.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms or similar no-code/low-code automation technologies.
- Familiarity with project management, documentation, CRM, and team collaboration platforms.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate customer feedback.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or comfort operating within a fast-moving, evolving environment.
