Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and needs. Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices. Deliver various therapeutic treatments, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring alignment with physicians’ recommendations. Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and patient engagement to enhance overall treatment effectiveness. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment strategies, and self-care techniques. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to continually enhance clinical skills. Patient Population / Client Focus Our Physical Therapists have the unique opportunity to engage with a diverse array of patient populations, treating conditions across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine specialties. You will play a critical role in supporting patients at various stages of recovery, from post-operative rehabilitation to injury prevention and wellness management. This position emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships that facilitate open communication and trust, which are essential for effective rehabilitation. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited program. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong patient relationships and a commitment to their success. Computer literacy with experience in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings focusing on applicable specialties. A familiarity with evidence-based practice to ensure the highest standards of care. Previous experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compensation and Benefits Holy Trinity Medical Centre offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
