SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up the bar before service including stocking glassware, ice,garnishesand supplies Break down and thoroughly clean the bar at the end of each shift Ensure all bar mats, tools, and equipment are clean andproperly stored Maintain adequate stock levels of all beverages, mixers, and bar supplies throughout service Restock beer, wine, and spirits from liquor room to bars Monitor and replenish ice bins, garnish trays, and napkins during service Empty trash and replace liners as needed Participates in daily line ups Practices service standards and current training throughout service This job description is not an “all-inclusive’ list of the duties and responsibilities of this position or of the skills and abilitiesrequiredto perform this position.
