This role supports the management of the Talent organization's global vendor portfolio and leads the execution of administrative and operational vendor lifecycle and governance activities for assigned vendor engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute administrative and operational vendor lifecycle activities for assigned engagements, independently guiding Talent stakeholders through vendor-related processes, governance requirements, and complex scenarios requiring cross-functional coordination.Own vendor invoice administration to ensure timely payments, including management of the shared inbox, validating charges against contract terms, verifying coding and allocation information, tracking payment status, and resolving billing disputes.Maintain accurate vendor records across applicable systems, trackers, and repositories.Interpret and apply firm policies to ensure compliance with firm standards.Support vendor performance and issue management by researching contractual requirements, coordinating working sessions, tracking remediation activities, and preparing information for escalations.Prepare reports and analyze vendor, spend, invoice, renewal, and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities.Develop, refine, and maintain processes, templates, trackers, job aids, and reference materials that support consistent, efficient, and compliant execution.Support Talent Operations leadership with ad hoc and cross-functional projects that advance broader Talent priorities.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.Ability to independently manage administrative and operational activities across multiple concurrent engagements.
