People Operations Coordinator

To support client organizations, the full-time remote People Operations Coordinator will manage HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, while serving as a trusted partner and subject matter expert. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, leading regular meetings and addressing HR operational items Oversee new client implementation processes, ensuring HR operational readiness and customizing client-specific HR templates Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and timely communication of necessary documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience, preferably in a PEO, ASO, or HR outsourcing environment Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Rippling for HRIS functions Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including I-9/E-Verify, FLSA, and FMLA Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and manage priorities across multiple accounts
