Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday

We're seeking motivated Plastic Manufacturing Associates to run robotic plastic injection molding machines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do:

• Operate and manage 1 to 5 robotic plastic injection molding machines simultaneously
• Conduct visual inspections and package finished parts with care
• Operate automated load assembly machines and inspect packaging products to ensure quality
• Identify and promptly report any quality concerns or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and follow all company policies and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Basic math skills and a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior manufacturing experience, especially with injection molding, handling small or delicate parts, and working in medical or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
• Quality-conscious mindset and willingness to adhere strictly to safety and quality protocols
