Role Overview

A highly regarded personal injury law firm is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role supports daily office operations within a fast-paced legal environment while delivering exceptional client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system
• Route calls accurately and professionally to appropriate staff members
• Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming office environment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area
• Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and mail handling
• Assist with office communication and front-desk coordination
• Support daily operations within a fast-paced legal office environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling a multi-line phone system
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and polished phone presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
