Order Processor

Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt | $21.00 - 28.00 What you’ll do: Order Processor We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team! This role plays an important part in keeping orders, production schedules, and communication running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accuracy from order entry through production. What You’ll Do Process, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and revisions Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order questions and discrepancies Schedule orders based on production capacity, staffing, and business priorities Maintain accurate production schedules and provide updates on order status Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and chat Support the production team and Senior Order Processor as needed What you need to be successful: What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1–2 years of customer service and/or data entry experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to learn quickly, follow established procedures, and manage multiple priorities Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy Why Aebi Schmidt Group?
