Role Description Noble students, staff members, families, and community members rely on an abundance of systems that require detailed oversight. These systems ensure that our students and staff have everything they require for success and families and community members are communicated with effectively. The Assistant Dean of Operations role focuses primarily on operational and administrative matters to ensure that the school operates efficiently and effectively, in a fiscally responsible manner. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources needed to operate the school. The Assistant Dean of Operations accomplishes this by supporting the Dean of Operations in leading the management of the budget, the team managing the Main Office, custodial/technology services, food services, and overall school logistics.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support the management of compliance with all areas of legal standards. (HR, ORBA, IMPACT, STLS, hiring, accurate files, etc.)
• Create work plans to ensure the School Operations Team meets annual, cyclical, and project-based deadlines
• Oversee data entry, ensuring integrity and accurate reporting of data
• Oversee management of the school facility, ensuring its appearance reflects the high expectations we hold for students
• Manage vendor relationships
• Oversee school budget and bookkeeping to ensure that the school's resources are aligned with academic priorities
• Oversee the logistics, planning, and implementation of school events and services provided to students
• Manage logistics and execution of student test administration
• Manage and execute on enrollment processes and recruitment
• Plan and execute on the school safety plan
• Plan and execute staff-oriented events in order to increase team cohesiveness and teamwork
• Support in the development and execution of Summer School logistics
• Directly supervise and optimize the efficiency and efficacy of the in-house sub team
• Manage community engagement and direct advocacy with parent and community relationships
• Manage support relationships and arrange visits with donors, elected officials, and other influencers
• Manage development and implementation the Noble Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
• Plan and execute report card pick- up day
• Support with school scheduling

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Compensation & Benefits We strive to be the best place to work, and our employee benefits are thoughtfully designed to support us in this ambition. Compensation for this position falls between $67,000 and $82,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range. A comprehensive compensation plan will include a competitive benefits package.
