Administrative Assistant / Receptionist | Be the First Impression at Synergy Construction Group

At Synergy Construction Group , we’re not just building structures—we’re building careers, relationships, and a reputation for doing things the right way. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our company and to support day-to-day office operations including basic accounting tasks that keep everything running smoothly. This is a key role—often the first interaction clients, subcontractors, and partners have with Synergy. You’ll help create a professional, welcoming experience so if you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being the go-to person, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors
  • Manage deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Enter invoices and assist with credit card reconciliation
  • Support basic accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist subcontractors with waivers and documentation
  • Keep files organized (digital and physical)
  • Maintain common areas (kitchen, conference rooms)
  • Support office events and general coordination
  • Provide admin support to leadership
  • Notarize documents as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office admin, reception, or similar role
  • Exposure to invoicing, reconciliation, or financial admin tasks
  • Experience in a construction environment is preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Friendly, helpful attitude
