Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to clients in corporate transactions, helping them navigate complex agreements and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other transaction documents
• Advising clients on corporate governance issues and compliance matters
• Conducting due diligence investigations for M&A transactions
• Providing legal counsel on corporate transactions and strategic planning
• Assisting emerging companies in navigating venture capital funding and investments
• Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Barred in CA
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements
• Experience working with emerging companies and venture capital transactions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
