We're looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Technician to join our data center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a technical trade, and takes pride in showing up and doing the job right. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to a fast-growing industry.

What You'll Do
* Pull, route, and organize cabling throughout the data center
* Assemble, stack, and secure equipment racks
* Label, scan, and connect equipment accurately
* Enter details using a computer system
* Assist technicians with general installation and setup tasks
* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Comfort working in physically demanding environments
* Willingness to learn and take direction
*Nice to Have (Not Required):*

* Experience in construction, trades, military, or hands-on electrical work
* Exposure to telecom, structured cabling, or low-voltage installations

Work Environment & Schedule
* Work is performed in data centers
* Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (min 40hr work week)
* *Additional OT may be required or optional*
* Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Safety & Training Requirements *Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):*

* Composite-toe safety shoes
* Type 2, Class E hardhat with chinstrap
* High-visibility vest
* Safety glasses
* Level 3 cut-resistant gloves
*Required Training (must be completed prior to or upon site access):*

* OSHA 10
* Site-specific safety training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
