What we are looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook with multiple years of Pizza and Grill experience to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner, following set recipes and ensuring that food safety standards are met. We do not sacrifice speed for quality, nor quality for speed. This is a very high volume scratch kitchen. You will be expected to learn multiple stations but Pizza or Grill will be your main station. Bonus points if you have hand Sautee experience as well. We work 8-10 hr shifts, 5 days a week. 2 days off together during the week. Typically, your shift will be 12pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping

- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining food preparation processes

- Ensure a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and organizing supplies

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant or food service establishment

- Knowledge of food safety practices and experience in handling and preparing food

- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($52,000.00)
