Position Summary:

Netlist is seeking a polished, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations at our Irvine, CA headquarters. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role keeps the hiring process running smoothly, from interview scheduling through a new hire's first day, and supports key HR programs such as open enrollment and new hire orientation.

The ideal candidate brings experience from a corporate headquarters environment, is comfortable working in ADP, and takes pride in delivering a professional, well-run experience for candidates, new hires, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across hiring managers, senior leaders, and candidates, managing calendars, confirmations, and logistics.

• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a positive, high-touch experience throughout the process.

• Prepare and process offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment paperwork in partnership with the HR Manager.

• Manage new hire onboarding, including document collection, system setup, and day-one readiness.

• Plan and lead new hire orientation sessions, ensuring new employees are welcomed and informed.

• Support open enrollment, including employee communications, scheduling, answering questions, and data entry.

• Enter and maintain employee and candidate data in ADP and the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Track recruiting and onboarding activity and help maintain reports for the HR team.

• Assist with additional HR duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar HR support role.

• Experience supporting a corporate headquarters or corporate office environment.

• Hands-on experience with ADP systems.

• Experience supporting open enrollment, new hire orientation, and onboarding.

• Strong professional polish and presence, with clear, warm, and timely communication.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Ability to work onsite at Netlist's Irvine, CA office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in semiconductors, technology, engineering, or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Salary Range: $34 - 36 per hour
