About the team: The Lease Accounting Center (LAC) ensures Walmart’s lease accounting is properly accounted for and disclosed across global operations. The team is responsible for controllership activities from record to report, including lease data abstraction, system reviews, controls ownership, closing the books monthly, roll forwards, footnote disclosures, and other reporting. Known for accuracy and customer service, the LAC operates in compliance with both US GAAP (ASC 842) and IFRS 16 standards.
