Senior IT Support Administrator
This position provides systems administration, enterprise endpoint management, and advanced technical support for the College of Nursing. It shares administrative ownership of the College's Windows and macOS endpoint environments and related enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf/mobile device management (MDM), Microsoft Active Directory, and Group Policy. This role provides frontline and advanced technical support to faculty, staff, and students across College locations and serves as a senior technical resource and escalation point for the IT support team. It provides advanced administration and support for classroom, audiovisual, conferencing, and livestreaming technologies and works collaboratively with College IT staff, university technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to administer technology systems, resolve complex and systemic technical issues, implement solutions, support technology projects, and maintain reliable, secure, and responsive technology services.
