Our organization stands as a premier national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our affiliated practice located in Fort Myers, FL .

The role of the Certified Nurse Midwife involves collaborating closely with both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Responsibilities include assisting during births and providing comprehensive healthcare to women following pregnancy. The CNM will be engaged in prenatal care, labor and delivery, as well as postpartum support, and may also offer reproductive health services, treatment, and education to female patients.

Position Highlights

• Become part of a well-established practice that has been serving the Fort Myers community for over three decades.
• Join a large single-specialty group consisting of 17 physicians (4 specializing in GYN), 9 midwives, and 4 physician assistants.
• Participate in on-call duties with only one call day per week.
• Enjoy a day off following your call.
• Weekend call is on a 1:6 rotation.
• Flexible scheduling options available: choose between a 3 or 4-day work week.
• Deliver at Health Park Medical Center, which features a Level III NICU.
• Experience with high-risk obstetrics is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $137,000.
• Labor and delivery experience is a prerequisite.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nurse-Midwife by AMCB.
• Graduation from a nurse-midwifery program accredited by the ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN).
• Possession of an active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in CPR and NALS.
• Unrestricted DEA License or the ability to obtain one.
