Estimator/ Project Manager

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Position Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator / Project Manager to join our experienced team. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a key role in both the pre‑construction and execution phases, taking ownership of estimates, bid preparation, project coordination, and overall performance. The ideal Estimator / Project Manager will have a background in general construction and be confident handling concrete, with the ability to balance detailed estimates and boots‑on‑the‑ground project management. Key Responsibilities for the Estimator / Project Manager Role Prepare material quotes, pricing, and complete bid documents Coordinate scopes of work to ensure thorough and competitive bids Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid, pre‑construction, and progress meetings Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules Manage job costs, monitor productivity, and maintain profitability Submit and track change order requests Review quantities and billing for accuracy Collaborate with the Superintendent to align project execution with estimates Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator / Project Manager in general construction, concrete, and PEMB work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Project Management Industries Construction Benefits 401(k) Vision insurance Medical insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
