Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists through coaching, training, performance feedback, and staff development activities. Attend consumer medical appointments and assist with medication management oversight, documentation reviews, and medication administration compliance. Monitor program operations, electronic documentation, regulatory compliance, safety standards, fire drills, quality inspections, and incident reporting requirements. Support staffing, scheduling, on-call responsibilities, part-team member, communication with families and community partners, and the maintenance of safe, clean, and compliant residential environments. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of experience in human services or a related field Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to supervise and support direct care staff Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Preferred: Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses Experience in residential services, behavioral health, or developmental disability programs Strong documentation and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required Participation in an on-call rotation is required Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, twist, and climb stairs Ability to drive a vehicle and operate adaptive equipment and household appliances Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation About Our Organization Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is part of the Inperium family of companies.
