We have a direct hire role that will reward your consistency, and determination to make the sales, provide the follow up and build a relationship with the customers. Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped brand commission! Pay is a base rate of $2,000.00 per month plus a commission on mattress sales and a commission on sheets and pillow cases.
• Once $40,000 in sales is made within each month a $500.00 bonus is awarded and an additional $500.00 is awarded for each $5,000 increment in sales.
• Job site will be a retail mattress store located in the Birmingham, Leeds, Gardendale, or Alabaster area.
• BCBL insurance is available to be purchased by the employee and 401K.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Provide top notch customer service to any visitors to the store, in-bound callers, or online inquiries.
• Ensure that each customers experience is uniquely tailored to their specific needs and assist them in finding the right product.
• The ability to educate customers about different sizes and models for each item.
• Assist with inventory control, as well as the ability to process orders and transactions in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales and/or retail experience is highly preferred but not a deal breaker.
• Previous mattress sales are a major plus.
• An uplifting attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Seeking an organized, passionate, driven, self-starter who is well educated with the ins and outs of the products.
• Flexible schedule, weekend work is a requirement and occasionally evenings.
