About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Growth Marketing to lead the next phase of its audience expansion and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and personally executing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, with a focus on converting social and mobile followers into connected TV viewers. This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can also be deeply involved in the execution of growth marketing campaigns. The VP will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement growth strategies, evaluate creative approaches, and ensure the marketing efforts align with the company's mission and values. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in growth or performance marketing for consumer, media, entertainment, streaming, subscription, or digital platforms. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in data-driven marketing, deep expertise in paid acquisition, and a strong understanding of marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and a startup mindset.
