Ensure all areas are up-to-standards by walking floors constantly. Offer positive and constructive feedback to team members on a daily basis. Maintain an effective communication with managers on guest and room issues. Follow up with guest’s requests and ensure work is completed. Track team member’s performance and provide manager with accurate results. Secondary Responsibilities: Work on projects as needed Assist with weekly meetings Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days) Weekends and holidays required.
