The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to project completion. You will play a vital role in upholding our company's reputation and fostering strong, long‑lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for all client enquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and other communication channels. Manage and resolve client issues or complaints efficiently, coordinating with project managers and technical teams to ensure swift and effective solutions. Keep clients informed of project progress, timelines, and any relevant updates in a clear and proactive manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, feedback, and service requests in our CRM system. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our construction services to address client questions and provide appropriate information. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to the overall success of the team. Assist with administrative duties related to client accounts and project documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role, preferably within the construction or a related industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanour when handling challenging situations. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable. A client‑focused attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding level of service.
