(Apex Systems offers weekly pay) Project Description As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on you providing support via telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims. Day to Day Responsibilities Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports Acts as liaison for customers Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes Selling Points for Candidates Opportunity for career growth and development.
